- Breakfast vouchers are offered during June, July, August, and September for $5.00 per person. It is valid for a "Perth County" Breakfast special at Joe's Diner across the street from our hotel.
- It is our policy to process a deposit in the amount of one night's accommodation (2 nights for a stay of 3 nights or more) per room at the time of booking in order to guarantee your room.
- A charge of $20.00 per person per night will apply to any additional guests (over 12 yrs. of age) staying in the room.
- Our policy requires you to call 10 days prior to your arrival should you wish to cancel your reservation with us. Cancellations are subject to a $25 administration fee. No Refunds during Winter Season.
