Guests should note that a deposit equal to the nightly rate is required to confirm a reservation of one or two nights; a two night deposit for three or more nights. Please review arrival and departure dates carefully, as the deposit will be forfeited if the guest departs early. Refunds (less a $25.00 cancellation charge) will be offered only if cancellations are made 10 days in advance of the arrival date. Please understand that a deposit assures your accommodation is reserved for the dates confirmed, therefore when situations arise necessitating your cancellation within the 10 day limit, we do sympathize, but we must maintain our policy.
